Meet Our Director

Jessica Thompson

I have thirteen years of work experience in childcare. For the past five of those years, I have been in a director role. I have four children of my own, between the ages of four to twelve.

I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education Administration in 2012. In 2019, I earned a Masters of Science in Early Childhood Services. I'm currently enrolled in a second Master's Degree program in K-12th Grade Special Education.

Over the course of my career, I've received numerous trainings and certifications. Some of those include Conscious Discipline, CPR, Child and Adult Care Food Program, as well as many other administrative trainings. I also spent some time as director of a Youth Mentoring Program for at-risk children.

With all that I've done and experienced, I've learned that I thrive in childcare. It's what I feel called to do, and working with young children and their families brings me great joy.
